Venerable Seck Kwang Phing 释广品法师

The Venerable is the Secretary-General of the Singapore Buddhist Federation, Abbot of Leong San See Temple ( 龙山寺 ), and member of the Presidential Council for Religious Harmony. He has studied photography and was an avid photographer in his youth.

Sha Ying 沙颖

Since settling down in Singapore more than a decade ago, Sha Ying has held two solo photography exhibitions in 1995 and 1999. He was invited to participate in the Month Of Photography (MOP) festival in 2002 and 2007. His works have been selected by books such as Singapore Today, To Singapore With Love and Canvas. He is currently working for an international television network.

David Tay Poey Cher 郑培书

David Tay Poey Cher is a name that strikes a familiar chord in the publishing and photography circles in Singapore. He was CEO of Singapore’s leading magazine publisher (with more than 70 titles) until his retirement in June 2006. As a photographer, he is versatile both as a practitioner and a promoter.

He was the first photographer to be awarded the Cultural Medallion in 1982. He is a Fellow of The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain (FRPS) and holds the honorary excellence distinction of the International Federation of Photographic Art.

He has served as President of The Photographic Society of Singapore (PSS) since 1991 and became the first Asian to be elected to the Directory Board of the Intenational Federation of Photographic Art in  2008.

Apart from photography and publishing, David has also distinguished himself in community service. He was appointed Justice of the Peace in 1998, and was awarded the Public Service Star (BBM) in 2006 for his contributions to the community.
