Thus, for as long as we are alive, we can be happy about what is going right in our lives and at the opportunities we have for spiritual practice. Even when the time comes to die, we can rejoice at a life well-spent and dedicate all the goodness we created for the benefit of all sentient beings.

happiness is a matter of choice
It has been said that we are indeed blessed to be born in the human realm out of the six realms, which I find to be very true. Thus, we should put in our best effort to develop ourselves spiritually.
